Spiritual Counseling Sessions are available with Jaya
Devi, who is an ordained minister within Ma Jaya’s interfaith
teaching, where you can address any personal challenges –
spiritual, emotional, or physical – or develop a customized
personal practice.
Private Sessions are available with members of our staff
to thoroughly enhance your practice. Sessions are available
in yoga, meditation, pilates, weight training, reiki and body
work. |

 Structural
Yoga Therapy
with Mukunda Stiles
World-renowned master yogi Mukunda Stiles completed a wonderful
week at Kashi Atlanta, featuring a weekend workshop on yoga,
ayurveda (a system of holistic healing that began in India
3,000 years ago) and the yoga sutras and four days of indivdual
sessions. Mukunda taught in depth on Pantajali's Yoga
Sutras and on how to use your yoga practice to help balance
your body's constitution. The response to the workshop and
the individual sessions was tremendous -- so Mukunda will
be returning February 16-18. Please call us if you are interested
in registering for the workshop or individual sessions.
