Kashi Atlanta offers ongoing instruction in several styles of yoga. Levels vary from beginner to advanced. Classes also include pranayama and guided meditation, as well as a class devoted to Spiritual Growth & Meditation. A broad spectrum of practitioners is represented, and each is encouraged to grow in awareness as they progress.

Accepted for any class:

4 class card is $52
one month expiration
8 class card is $96
two month expiration
12 class card is $132

Drop in to any class: $14.

Monthly rate: Unlimited yoga $135/month.

Full-time students, people on disability or otherwise financially challenged: A discount is available for those who really need it, please ask.
Spiritual Counseling Sessions are available with Jaya Devi, who is an ordained minister within Ma Jaya’s interfaith teaching, where you can address any personal challenges – spiritual, emotional, or physical – or develop a customized personal practice.
Private Sessions are available with members of our staff to thoroughly enhance your practice. Sessions are available in yoga, meditation, pilates, weight training, reiki and body work.

Fall Ten Day Yoga Detox Begins!

Over 50 yogis of all levels came together Friday, September 7th, to begin their Ten Day Yoga Detox. During the opening sessions, Jaya Devi helped yogis determine their dosha (ayurvedic constitution) and described how to do the cleanses for the liver, kidney, immune system, lymphatic system and colon for each of the ten days. Detoxers left, excited to begin their ten day journey, with their information packets and all their detox items in their wonderful Whole Foods recyclable shopping bags.
