Kashi Atlanta offers ongoing instruction in several styles of yoga. Levels vary from beginner to advanced. Classes also include pranayama and guided meditation, as well as a class devoted to Spiritual Growth & Meditation. A broad spectrum of practitioners is represented, and each is encouraged to grow in awareness as they progress.

Monthly rate: Unlimited yoga $135/month.

Full-time students, people on disability or otherwise financially challenged: A discount is available for those who really need it, please ask.
Spiritual Counseling Sessions are available with Jaya Devi, who is an ordained minister within Ma Jaya’s interfaith teaching, where you can address any personal challenges – spiritual, emotional, or physical – or develop a customized personal practice.
Private Sessions are available with members of our staff to thoroughly enhance your practice. Sessions are available in yoga, meditation, pilates, weight training, reiki and body work.

Classical Yoga Teacher Training Students
Complete their 6th Weekend

Students delved into learning how to teach this weekend. After engaging in yoga sadhanas led by Jaya Devi and Senior Teacher Kim Alford, students practiced teaching asanas and pranayama in groups of two, and then four. Jaya Devi also led students into a deep meditation, guiding them to experience the duality of the mind, and teaching them how to overcome it through the realization of their authentic selves. The weekend ended with a posture clinic class, with all senior staff teachers adjusting the students throughout the class.
