Workshops - Kashi Atlanta
Inversions, Arm Balances and Other Playful Poses
with Isvari Verre, RYT

2010 is the year to make things happen. Do something new!

When we challenge ourselves on the mat with these fun and playful poses and go out of our comfort zone, magical things begin to happen on and off the mat. We begin to open to the possibilities of the unfamiliar and we begin to say yes to life. No longer is it necessary to always play it safe; we feel empowered and we begin to trust in the journey of life. Experience this begin to happen when we take our feet off the ground in arm balances and inversions such as handstand and forearm balance.

Learn proper technique and how to go deep into your back body and connect to your Universal Self to do things you never dreamed you could. The possibilities are infinite with a few basic principles and commitment to your practice. Join Senior Yoga Instructor Isvari Verre for a fun filled afternoon as your mat becomes a playground and your practice a celebration.

Saturday, February 13
1-4 pm
$40 ($35 with registration by February 6, and for returning Inversions students)
